Baking with MeredithThe snow, sleet, and freezing rain gave Keegan, Meredith and myself another day off from school. Meredith wanted to do some baking--a great activity for snow days. First we made a Pecan Pie (first time ever--and I have to say it is delicious), and then we made chocolate covered pretzel rods with white chocolate and red and white sprinkles.
